Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I've ordered from Katharina several times for various occasions, and each time we are blown away by the quality of the flowers and the visual presentation. There isn't a better floral company or designer than Katharina in the East Bay! On our last order, she noticed a small crack in the pot carrying the bouquet while delivering the order, so she brought the bouquet back to her studio to deliver the arrangement in a new pot. It was not necessary at all, as the crack was minor, but we greatly appreciate her care and service. Katharina Stuart is the best!
